There are various reasons why your service may not have been completed.

Some examples:

• A vehicle may have been blocking access to the bear box.
• Snow or ice may have blocked access the bear box.
• A snow berm may have blocked access to curbside cans or a bear box.
• Road construction or other roadway blocking activity, the truck couldn’t get to your address.
• The cans or bear box were not clearly visible to the driver.
